SSC’S FRAMEWORK OFFERINGS FOR SURFACE DRONE CONVERSIONS:
After a decade of developing and perfecting the most lightweight, efficient, proven and American Made frameworks for the most efficient, mass produced and readily available 4-wheel driveline, SSC spent years developing integrated Cube-based (Polaroid & GoPro5) camera mounts, turrets and additional servo mounts (for turrets) using thick-durable lightweight and water resistant G10.
The result is a 5.5-7lb vehicle lineup small enough to fit inside a backpack, cheap enough to be expendable when necessary, and effective enough to serve security sweeps, scientific investigations, infrastructure inspections, unique ground-up nature and animal perspectives, and ground-up site & property perspectives to capture details unseen from the sky using the smallest possible battery sizes for safest approach. Furthermore, provisions to mount transmitter gear are incorporated into all new 4wd models. We are developing a remotely detachable trailer-mount and trailer option to vastly increase payload capacity and re-usability. This marks a new era of surface drone capabilities made in the United States without the exorbitant price tags.
Due to the numerous uses of an effective surface drone, SSC has developed a wide arrange of configurations to best suite your task’s performance and payload requirements. Each of the following camera mounting options require a 4wd kit with the exception of the rear-tower’s camera turret/mount (can be mounted on 4wd or 2wd kits). Cameras are not included.
